YOUR HEALTH? YOUR CHOICE. LET’S TALK!
5:30-8:00 PM Wednesday May 10, 2018
Shepherd of the Valley Presbyterian Church – 1801 Montaño Rd. Albuquerque, NM
Good parking. Refreshments. Professionals to answer your questions. Free resources and handouts (in English and Spanish) to take home. A short program featuring national speaker Rev. Rosemary Lloyd, along with fellow New Mexicans, sharing stories about:
“HAVING THE CONVERSATION: HOW IT HELPS WHEN YOU DO. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DON’T.”
We all know how important it is to think and talk about our health care values ahead of time, so those values are respected in times of serious illness.
How should we start that conversation? What about family members who don’t want to talk about it? How should we talk to our doctors? What role does faith play? What resources are available to us here in New Mexico?
||Refreshments. Visit tables, check out resources.
