“I joined the friendly and lively Hand and Foot card group at a time when I needed a scheduled and consistent break each week to put worries aside and just relax and have fun. It has become a great source of support for me. Hand & Foot is a really fun game and there’s always lots and lots of laughter. It’s one of the best things I have ever done for myself!”
