  • Rain or Shine: Some events, including concerts, may be held rain or shine, and no refunds or transfers will be issued.
  • Event cancellation: If a concert is canceled by the ABQ BioPark or the performer, the ABQ BioPark will attempt to reschedule the event or issue refunds.
  • Rescheduling: In case of cancellation, the BioPark will try to reschedule the concert to a new date or offer tickets to a future concert.
  • Notification: Ticket holders will be notified via email about cancellations and refund information.
  •  If the event goes and radar maps look good. A white feather flag  will mark our area in the crowd.
