We offer nursery care for infants through 4 years of age from 9:15-12:15 in our inviting nursery. Children kindergarten through 4th grade go with their families to worship and are invited forward during the children’s time. Following that they are accompanied to our West wing for Godly Play, which lasts until 10:45, at which time they return to the Gathering Space.

Godly Play honors that children have an innate sense of the presence of God. This approach helps them to explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance their spiritual experience though wonder and play. Based on Montessori principles and developed using a spiral curriculum, the Godly Play method serves children through early, middle and late childhood and beyond.

From 10:45-12:00 the children can stay for second hour, where they have the opportunity to build relationships and enjoy one another’s company through games and time outside.

Each Sunday at noon Puppets of the Valley gathers to practice uplifting puppet shows that are performed in worship and at community gatherings.
